Coin Purchase Terms
The terms for optional coin purchases and the items you can use in Ganbate.
Ganbate Coin Purchase Terms
These terms apply when you buy coins in Ganbate. They add to the Terms of Service.
- What you buy. Coins are Ganbate's premium currency. Each coin pack credits the coins and the bonus chips shown at checkout. Chips are Ganbate's game money.
- No cash value. Coins and chips have no value outside Ganbate. They cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, redeemed for prizes, sold, transferred, gifted or traded between Players.
- One way only. You can exchange coins for chips at 1 coin = 10 chips. Chips never become coins and never buy items.
- Items. Items are bought with coins only. Buying an item gives your Account the right to use it in Ganbate; it does not make the item your property.
- Payment. Stripe takes card payments, and Toss Payments takes Kakao Pay and Toss Pay. Ganbate never sees your card number or wallet login. The price is shown in your payment currency before you pay.
- Delivery. Coins and bonus chips are credited once the payment provider confirms your payment, usually at once.
- Daily limit. You can spend at most US$500 on coin packs in any 24 hours, counting each pack at its US dollar price however you paid.
- Refunds and chargebacks. Ask Support for a refund. If a payment is refunded or charged back, Ganbate takes back the coins and bonus chips that payment bought, as far as your balances still hold them; items already bought stay yours. A chargeback also stops new purchases on your Account until Support reviews it.
- Account Pause. While your Account is paused you cannot buy coin packs or exchange coins. A purchase paid before the Pause still arrives.
- Changes. Ganbate may change packs, prices and items for future purchases. What you already bought stays as it was credited.
Nothing in these terms limits a right the law where you live gives you.
